“I could not stand the reality of patient pain.”
I am a physician with 20 years of clinical experience. Every day, I witnessed patients suffering from painful suction procedures and the lack of life-saving equipment in resource-poor settings. I realized that “Complexity” was the barrier. Existing medical devices were too expensive, too bulky, and too hard to use.
So, I decided to reinvent them. I founded STONY & Co. with a single mission: To turn complex medical technology into simple, accessible tools that anyone, anywhere can use.
Our technology was backed by NASA, the Japanese Government (METI/AMED), and global partners. But our goal remains the same: To save lives with “Simple” innovation.
