Our core strategy is the “IP Lending & Service Offset Model.” We eliminate the financial barriers to entry by licensing our IP with zero upfront cash. In return, partners contribute through “Services”—including local regulatory approvals (FDA/CE/CDSCO), manufacturing setup, and clinical network expansion. This co-creation model ensures our technology is never “shelved” and reaches patients at maximum speed.

[A] Airway & Respiratory Solutions
MicroVent®V3 : Automatic Resuscitator
- Overview: A gas-powered, single-use automatic resuscitator. It offers ventilator-level performance in a palm-sized device, requiring no electricity.
- Development Stage: Regulatory Approved (Japan: PMDA Class III / US: FDA Listed). Launching in 2025.
- Partnership Status: * Japan: Manufactured under Mother Factory Standards in Japan.
- Global: Seeking Regional Licensees for local manufacturing and global sales channels.
SPUTA VACUUMER®: Minimally Invasive Suction Connector
- Overview: A universal suction connector designed for “Vacuuming”—a minimally invasive technique to mobilize deep sputum without invasive catheter insertion.
- Development Stage: Regulatory Approved (Japan: PMDA Class I). Mass production established under Mother Factory Standards.
- Partnership Status: * Japan: Managed under STONY & Co. Quality Control Standards.
- Global: Seeking Licensing Partners for local manufacturing and distribution (specifically in India, EU, and US markets).
Airway Comfort®: “Safety Valve” for Respiratory Care
- Overview: An innovative pressure control valve that prevents lung injury and improves suction efficiency by automatically regulating negative pressure.
- Development Stage: Patent Pending (PCT). Clinical validation in progress.
- Partnership Status: Available for licensing as an integrated safety feature for ventilator and suction device manufacturers.
?-VENT®: 3D-Printable Humanitarian Ventilator
- Overview: A non-electric ventilator manufacturable with 3D printers, designed for disaster zones and resource-scarce environments.
- Development Stage: Design completed.
- Partnership: Seeking NGOs (like WHO) for non-profit global distribution under supervision.
AIR-RESCUE GO: AED for Respiration
- Overview: An all-in-one portable emergency respiratory system. It integrates MicroVent®, SPUTA VACUUMER®, and a pneumatic power source into a single carry-case.
- Development Stage: System integration phase. Core devices are regulatory approved.
- Partnership Status: Urgently Seeking Strategic Partners. We are looking for a partner to co-develop and manufacture the Next-Gen Ultra-Compact Compressor.

VapoJect®: Anesthetic Inhalation Device
- Overview: A palm-sized, “Sniffing Anesthesia” device. It revolutionizes short-term sedation for minor procedures.
